Vicky Tran founded VT Bookkeeping & Tax Services following nearly a decade in corporate accounting for dental, medical, and restaurant organizations. She currently serves on the three-person accounting team of a 20-office dental group, where she leads the month-end close. Ms. Tran is a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer and applies the same reconciliation and reporting standards to every small-business engagement.

Alondra Martinez manages daily bookkeeping operations and serves as the primary point of contact for client accounts. She maintains transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, and payroll records on a continuous basis so that each account is current in advance of the month-end close. Ms. Martinez also specializes in business compliance filings, including city business permits, dental practice permitting, and Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports.

Fees are determined by the number of accounts under reconciliation, monthly transaction volume, and any cleanup required to bring the books current. An initial consultation establishes scope and pricing.
